Laser cutting

High-precision tubular components and assemblies in metals and non-metals. Minimal heat-affected zones eliminate distortion; complex geometries, no tool wear, fast prototyping, and reduced burr formation.

LOT Laser marking

3-axis graphic marking on parts of virtually any shape — bar codes, serial numbers, logos, and text. Clear, high-contrast, durable, repeatable, even circumferential, and suitable for delicate components.

Laser drilling

A non-contact alternative to mechanical or EDM drilling, with holes as small as 0.001″. No drill breakage or tool wear, virtually any hole size or shape, multi-axis drilling on curved surfaces, hard or soft materials.

Laser tube cutting

Engineered cut patterns for catheters, guidewires, and torque applications — enhancing axial rigidity, backlash-free torque transmission, kink resistance, and trackability.
